The purpose of this image if to let people know the difference that bins can make. like in the picture, The side with the bin looks a nice and clean environment which is very colourful and bright. The Other side however is very dull and messy as its covered with bits of litter and rubble and it wouldnt be a nice place to stay in or live near.
Use bins!
i like the contrast in this poster, it gives a good impression of what the poster is about and saying without having to put to much thought into it.
